Mercy Express provides transportation for non-emergency medical trips in communities along I-5 Corridor. Hours: Mon.-Fri., 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (flexible).
Douglas Rides is a network of community transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, for Douglas County, Oregon. Douglas Rides offers transportation services for Roseburg, Umpqua Community College, Yoncalla, Drain, Elkton, Sutherlin, Winston, Myrtle Creek, Riddle, Canyonville, and Reedsport.
|Shared-ride, door-to-door service is provided.||No fare is charged, except Reedsport. Donations are accepted everywhere.|
|Service is open to the general public, however older adults and persons with disabilities receive priority if space is limited.||People with hearing or speech impairments can call 711 , the Oregon Telecommunications Relay Service.|

U-Trans Public Transit
U-Trans provides public bus service to many Douglas County communities.
Paratransit services are provided by U-Trans.

Applications for Federal 5310 Discretionary Funds
The Douglas County Public Works Transportation Division is requesting applications from qualified Special Transportation Service Providers for a discretionary offering of Federal 5310 funding. The primary purpose of this Federal 5310 Discretionary funding is to care for the transportation needs of older adults and persons that have a disability. Eligible projects are operations, mobility management, purchased service, and preventative maintenance. Douglas County is tasked with the responsibility of distributing the aforementioned funding in such a manner so as to benefit as many Douglas County residents as possible.
In harmony with the Douglas County Grant and Funding Allotment Procedure, applications are being accepted for the available Federal 5310 Discretionary funds. This is a statewide competitive solicitation.
